Shipping Speed
Most orders are shipped within one business day.  Be aware that delivery dates do not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer and are non-refundable.  

Return Policy
Product is non-refundable if worn and is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight.  We do our best to show accurate pictures of our items.  When placing an order over the phone, giving the style number and describe the item you wish to purchase so that you are sure you are ordering the item that you want.  You may also exchange your purchase for another size within 10 days of receipt, at no additional charge, excluding shipping charges. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless there was a mistake on the order or in the case of a defect. *Please Note - The 10 days is from when you actually receive your package, we do not take into account the time it takes for the package to reach you, or the time it takes to get back to us. We only ask that you have your package postmarked back to us within 10 days of receiving it from us.  Please consult the size chart for size needed.

Please check the garment carefully before removing any tags or labels.  Returns agreed to for any reason require a Return Authorization Number, must be received within 10 days of delivery and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.  Return freight is the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges will be made only for size differences when necessary within the same style.  Any size exchange must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  A faster, less expensive way to make sure you receive the correct size is to buy two different sizes and return the unwanted one.  You must call and get return authorization within 48 hours of receipt, pay for return shipping charges and we must receive the item back within 10 days of receiving the order.
